About the role
The RN Night Supervisor works as a clinical supervisor in Christwood’s Resident Health Center, providing care and support to residents with various health needs.Responsibilities
- Works with other healthcare professionals to care for residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
- Acts as an interface between staff, residents, and resident families.
- Schedules and coordinates shifts as needed.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation of resident health and care.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
