Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a Birthing Center with labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum suites, and a Level III NICU.Perform duties aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and service standards.Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are protected. Qualifications & Skills RN degree from an accredited institution.Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Assess patient needs, administer nursing interventions, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain documentation accuracy. Uphold high standards of patient safety and quality care.
