RN NICU - Level III

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide feedback
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and risk management activities
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
• At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., infection control, trauma)
• Experience with electronic health record systems
