RN Neuro ICU

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced, compassionate care to critically ill neurological patients
• Perform complex assessments and manage ventilators and drips
• Respond quickly to rapid changes in patient condition
• Collaborate closely with neurologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment plans
• Support evidence-based nursing practices and precept new staff as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in neuro-critical care preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
