Role Overview: This nursing position involves providing patient-centered, relationship-based care through the nursing process, ensuring individualized treatment and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, promote safety, and support performance improvement initiatives. Engage in professional development, serve as a preceptor, and participate in research and protocol development. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals. Proactively plan care across the continuum and support resource efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, RN licensure (single-state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in computer systems, Epic, and 3M preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential.
