RN MTA or LPN MSC

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (MTA) or Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Services Coordinator (MSC) to join our healthcare team in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing and overseeing patient care according to established protocols
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Conducting assessments and identifying changes in patient condition
• Coordinating healthcare services and communicating patient needs to the team
• Assisting with daily clinical operations and ensuring continuity of care
• Collaborating with medical providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting compliance with policies, standards, and facility requirements
• Delivering compassionate, professional care in a secure environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed as an RN or LPN
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in correctional or similar settings
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation skills
