Pay
Hiring Range: $37.75 - $79.52. The final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
This position may have a signing bonus available; a member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process.
Schedule
- Scheduled Hours: 7:00pm-7:00am
- Shift: 3 - Night Shift, 8 Hours
- Hours: 36 per week
- Weekends: Every Third Weekend
- Holidays: Every Other Holiday (Sunday through Saturday)

Responsible for the planning, delivery and management of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient’s care from Admission to Discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population.
- Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
- Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
- Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
- Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- BLS through either American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS through American Heart Association (AHA) required in select areas (Gannett, MP1, ICU, ED, Cath Lab, Endo, IR, PACU, Float Pool) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering, whichever is sooner.
- PALS through American Heart Association (AHA) required in select areas (PACU, ED) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering, whichever is sooner.
- NRP Advanced Provider through American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) required in select areas (Maternity) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering, whichever is sooner.
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
