RN - Mother Baby Unit

About the role

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our growing and expanding Mother Baby Unit. The Registered Professional Nurse is accountable for using the nursing process, delegating patient care tasks, supervising other patient care staff, coordinating the care for a group of patients, and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated. This position reports directly to the Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Delegate patient care tasks to other staff
• Supervise other patient care staff
• Coordinate care for a group of patients
• Consult with other members of the health care team as needed

Shift and pay rate will be determined at the time of hiring in accordance with the labor agreement.
