RN - Mother Baby Part-Time

About the role

Join our team as a night shift, part‑time RN (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) at INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. You may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patients
• Develop the plan of care
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluate appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non‑licensed personnel as assigned
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students
• Report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president
• Assist with physical restraint of patients using the Behavior Management Technique System (Mental Health staff)
• Meet additional physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements as needed
• Follow standard precautions for exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood/body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from an eNLC member state
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire); Hospice only: CPR certification in lieu of BLS
• For Hospice and Employee Health: valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, ability to drive, proof of automobile liability insurance
• For INTEGRIS Mental Health: current Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate INTEGRIS‑owned or personal vehicle

Qualifications

• Preferred: CHPN certification (Hospice only)
