About the role

Registered Nurse needed within the Postpartum department to provide nursing care to patients in collaboration with families, in accordance with American Nurses Association Standards of Professional Nursing Practice. Position located in Providence, RI. Engagement type: Contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care for patients.
• Assume responsibility for the nursing care process, including assessment, plan of care, intervention, and evaluation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of recent Mother Baby/Postpartum experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Rhode Island (or compact license, if applicable).
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• NRP certification required.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Flu vaccine required.
• COVID-19 vaccine required — no exemptions.

Pay

$68.79 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 11:00 PM‑7:30 AM (5 days/8 hours), 40 hours/week, nights only (no schedule variations accepted).
