About the role

The RN is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with the nursing staff and other health care professional caring for the patient. Accountable for assuring effective use of available resources, maintaining established standards of care and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. Ensures that variations based on patients' individual needs are justified and well documented. Assists with the management needs of Nursing Unit.

Requirements

Necessary to qualify by entering the requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Current California RN license
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

Necessary to qualify by entering the qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
