About the role
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They work within organizational policies, ensuring professional growth and accountability, and maintain standards of practice. The nurse coordinates patient care activities among assigned staff to deliver high-quality nursing services.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and hospital nursing experience
- Advanced specialty certification, if applicable
