RN - MedSurg, Nights

About the role

Charge RN, FT, MedSurg, responsible for coordinating high-quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, addressing operational issues during shifts, and providing clinical care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, effective nursing care
• Communicate patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership
• Serve as a resource and guide for staff members

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Active RN license in the state or multistate licensure required
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and specialty certifications as applicable
• Additional certifications necessary based on unit (e.g., PALS for pediatric care)
