Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver quality patient care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Oversee the activities of assigned staff to ensure effective care delivery. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible. Current Georgia Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required. Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced certification in specialty areas.
