About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The nurse is responsible for maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program, with new graduates eligible
• Current State of Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification required
• Preferred: hospital experience, bachelor’s degree, advanced specialty certification
