Requirements
- Current State Licensure
- At least 1 year of recent MedSurg experience
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical within the last 12 months
- TB Skin Test within the last 12 months
- Titers: MMR, Hep B, Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening
