We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Given text: Employment Type:Part time Shift:12 Hour Day Shift Description:As an RN (Registered Nurse) at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely. Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, navigation, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Visit www.saintalphonsus.org/careers to learn more about the benefits, culture, and career development opportunities" maybe considered application instruction? It's a link to learn more; but it's not direct application instruction; but it's still maybe considered navigation? The instruction says remove application instructions. That line is not an instruction to apply, but it's a link to learn more; still maybe considered navigation? Safer to remove it as it's not substantive content about the job. Also remove "Our Commitment ..." EEO boilerplate. We need to keep substantive info: description, about this position, self-schedule, general summary and purpose, skills/knowledge/education/experience (license, BLS, multistate license residency), compensation mention (competitive compensation with a full benefits package) - but we need to include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. It mentions "competitive compensation with a full benefits package". That's vague but indicates benefits exist. However rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits package (full benefits package) and mentions schedule (Self-Schedule: Part Time Days, Three 12-hour Shifts over a two week pay period. 7 to 7. Rotating Weekends.) So we can include Benefits and Schedule sections. Pay: not explicitly stated; only "competitive compensation". That's vague; rule says do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. "competitive compensation" is a statement but not specific pay. Might be considered filler? It says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "competitive compensation" is similar to placeholder; better to omit Pay section. Thus sections: About the role (maybe from Description), Responsibilities (from General Summary and Purpose?), Requirements (license, BLS, multistate license residency), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe from skills list), Benefits (full benefits package), Schedule (self-schedule). We need to avoid duplication. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract substantive bits: Description (first paragraph): "As an RN (Registered Nurse) at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely. You will serve as a patient advocate by promoting their physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. You will also be expected to educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs." About this Position: "RN's working on the Medical Unit 4S will care for adults and geriatric patients with progressive/intermediate acuity. This 10-bed unit is a fast-paced environment with strong leadership and great opportunities for career growth and advanced training. Our ideal candidate is adaptive to change, invested in self-driven learning, and a team player." Self-Schedule: "Part Time Days, Three 12-hour Shifts over a two week pay period. 7 to 7. Rotating Weekends." GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: "Provides professional nursing care in collaboration with members of the health care team in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and families. Utilizes resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Maintains accurate and complete documentation of nursing services. Serves as a patient advocate. In addition to providing hands-on nursing care, works and serves in a broad range of capacities including, but not limited to, delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, teaching of the patient and the patient’s family. Expected to exercise competency in judgment, decision-making, implementation of nursing intervention, delegation of function or responsibility, and administration of medications and treatments prescribed by legally authorized persons." SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - "A current RN license is required." - "Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire." - "At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)" - "Colleagues of Saint Alphonsus Health System enjoy competitive compensation with a full benefits package and opportunity for growth throughout SAHS and Trinity Health." We could treat the last sentence as benefits. Now we need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role: could combine Description and About this Position? Or separate. But we need to avoid thin sections. Maybe combine Description and About this Position into a single "About the role" section with prose. Responsibilities: could be from GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE (duties). That's a list of responsibilities. Requirements: license, BLS, multistate license residency. Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Could combine. Skills: maybe from "adaptive to change, invested in self-driven learning, and a team player" plus maybe other skills? Not much else. Benefits: "full benefits package". Schedule: self-schedule. We need to avoid duplication: The description already mentions duties; the general summary also mentions duties. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both but avoid repeating same sentences. We could merge. Let's extract unique duties: From Description: - provide hands-on patient care - collaborate with colleagues - maintain accurate documentation - utilize resources wisely - serve as patient advocate (promote physical, spiritual, emotional well-being) - educate patients - administer prescribed medications and treatments - develop care plans based on patient needs From GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: - provides professional nursing care in collaboration with members of the health care team in ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and families - utilizes resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being - maintains accurate and complete documentation of nursing services - serves as a patient advocate - works and serves in a broad range of capacities including, but not limited to: delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, teaching of the patient and the patient’s family - expected to exercise competency in judgment, decision-making, implementation of nursing intervention, delegation of function or responsibility, and administration of medications and treatments prescribed by legally authorized persons We can combine into a cohesive list. Now requirements list: - current RN license required - multistate licenses must establish residency with Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire - Basic Life Support certification from AHA or Red Cross required at hire (ACLS/PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS) Skills/Knowledge: - adaptive to change - invested in self-driven learning - team player - (maybe also: ability to work in fast-paced environment, leadership opportunities? but that's about unit) We could put those under Skills. Benefits: full benefits package (maybe also opportunity for growth throughout SAHS and Trinity Health). That's a benefit. Schedule: Part Time Days, Three 12-hour Shifts over a two week pay period. 7 to 7. Rotating Weekends. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings

    . Use

      About the role

... combine description and about this position? Might be two paragraphs.

      Responsibilities

      • ...

      Requirements

      • ...

      Skills

      Benefits

(maybe list? It's just a statement; could be

      .)

      Schedule

      ...

We should not include Pay. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now let's craft content. About the role paragraph: combine first two paragraphs. "As an RN (Registered Nurse) at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely. You will serve as a patient advocate by promoting their physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
