About the Role
Full-time position scheduled 36 hours per week — 12-hour night shifts, with a weekend rotation and holiday commitment. This role is based on the 4W unit, a 27-bed telemetry-capable Medical-Surgical floor providing care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, urinary tract infections (UTIs), COPD, and more. The unit operates as a highly functioning team, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent, high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe. Responsibilities include coordination and evaluation of care, teaching, and delegation of patient activities to other healthcare team members via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing required.
- BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
- BLS certification required.
- Previous medical-surgical experience preferred.
- Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.
