About the Role

The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and delivers patient- and family-centered care. This night shift position (7p–7a) requires the ability to request and utilize governing and administrative resources, technological systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts to ensure quality, cost-effective care.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing duties within the scope of practice.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care to patients.
• Utilize resources, including technological and support systems, to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• BLS and/or ACLS certification required (specific certifications may vary by unit).
• Certifications in CPR, PALS, ACLS, or BLS may be required for specific patient care units; training provided for those transitioning into new areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing (preferred).
• 3+ years of IV and PICC experience (preferred).

Skills

• Ability to perform duties satisfactorily within the scope of nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $39.27 – $94.69. Base pay is determined by skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other essential factors. The provided range is an estimate based on minimum job qualifications and does not encompass the full compensation package.

Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 36.
• Work shift: Rotating.
• Employee type: Regular.
