About the role
Southern Health Partners (SHP) is launching healthcare services at Vance County Jail, and we’re looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to help build a strong clinical foundation from the start. This is more than a leadership title—you’ll have the opportunity to help establish daily workflows, support your nursing team, and set the tone for quality patient care in a secure, structured environment. Working on a rotating schedule opposite the staff nurse, you’ll provide essential leadership coverage while helping ensure consistency and continuity of care. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the support of an experienced healthcare organization, and the opportunity to be part of something new.
