About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate patient care to achieve positive outcomes, working under general supervision and promoting professional nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care.
• Analyze medical history, diagnostics, and current status to create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments to ensure effective patient management.
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience; specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• BLS certification.
