RN - Medical-Surgical / CCU - Full-Time

Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care in various healthcare settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to ensure quality services. Maintains patient dignity, autonomy, and rights while performing general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization. Key Responsibilities Accurately assesses patients based on their medical conditions.Administers prescribed medications and performs treatments appropriate to patient age and condition.Develops and evaluates patient and family teaching plans, addressing psychosocial needs.Collaborates with healthcare team members and assists physicians with procedures.Promotes patient safety, cost-effective practices, and effective prioritization of care.Demonstrates ongoing learning and proficiency with technical skills, including medication drips. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy and RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
