Responsibilities

• Delivering direct patient care in accordance with established standards
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to needs

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with protocols
• Supporting patient and family education and advocacy

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid nursing license and Basic Life Support certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire
• At least one year of nursing experience
