This position provides direct and indirect patient care within an assigned setting, collaborating with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, compassionate care by utilizing critical thinking, nursing processes, and respecting patient autonomy and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment based on medical conditions
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care
• Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical services
• Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services
• Practice efficient use of supplies and promote patient safety
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Computer literacy

Skills

• Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS
