Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to preserve patient dignity and autonomy. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritizes care effectively. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately and administer prescribed medications.Deliver age-appropriate care and educate patients and families based on learning needs.Utilize nursing knowledge to perform treatments and assist physicians with procedures.Address psychosocial needs, coordinate with social services, and promote patient safety.Practice cost-effectiveness and prioritize patient care efficiently.Engage in lifelong learning to maintain professional growth. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy.RN licensure and BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
