RN - Medical ICU - Days

Position: RN - Medical ICU Location: Naperville, IL Hours: Part-time, 24 hours/week, day shift with rotating weekends and holidays Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80/hour based on experience Responsibilities include: Providing professional nursing care per state and hospital policies, employing critical thinking to assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, delegating tasks, and working as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience, Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (with a plan to obtain a Bachelor's if applicable), current Illinois RN licensure, CPR (AHA BLS), and ACLS certification within six months. Skills: Critical thinking, patient assessment, documentation, teamwork, delegation, and adherence to nursing standards.
