RN Medical FT Nights

About the role

RN positions are available for a Medical unit at Saint Alphonsus Health System in Baker City, Oregon. The position is located at the Medical Center off the La Grande-Baker Hwy, near the Elkhorn Mountains.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Utilize resources wisely
• Serve as a patient advocate by promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being
• Education of patients
• Administration of prescribed medications and treatments
• Development of care plans based on patient needs

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon required
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network required

Qualifications

• One year of RN acute care experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
