RN - Medical Floor, Night Shift

About the role

A registered nurse responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professionalism, patient rights, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members
• Coordinating patient care across departments
• Maintaining compliance with mission, values, and standards

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or trauma courses may be required based on unit

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Performing tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
