RN Med/Tele- Atwood 4

About the Role

We are searching for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Tele Unit at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. Atwood 4 is a 47-bed medical telemetry nursing unit serving patients with multiple medical problems, including sepsis, stroke, seizures, NSTEMI's, heart failure, COPD, atrial fibrillation, and acute/chronic kidney disease. The goal is to provide comprehensive, collaborative patient care to optimize quality of life and patient satisfaction.

Hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: Day/Evening (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) with weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing practice standards.
• Deliver care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent (required).
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Three (3) months of experience (preferred).
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying the exemption.

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $42.37 - USD $77.81 per hour.
