About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health conditions and needs
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
- Coordinate patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Current RN licensure in the relevant state
- BCLS certification
- Experience is preferred but not required; new graduates are eligible
Additional Certifications
Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as:
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy
- Specialized certifications for units like ICU, Emergency, Dialysis, and Women’s Services
