RN – Med/Surg Stroke Unit

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to patients and their families.
• Interact directly with patients and families, offering healthcare education as needed.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate patients' conditions.
• Coordinate care among various healthcare professionals.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years recent related nursing experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: ADN or BSN degree, current RN license, and two years recent related nursing experience.
• Preferred qualifications: BSN degree.

Pay

Pay range minimum: $43.00 per hour
Pay range maximum: $43.00 per hour

Schedule

This is a regular PRN position, with caregivers working 48 hours within a 6-week period on varying shifts between 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
