About The Unit 3SE is committed to providing high quality patient and family centered care for a patient population consisting of individuals undergoing total joint replacement, spine surgeries, those suffering fractured hips, other orthopedic injuries and select medical patients. “We treat patients with genuine love and compassionate care and work together as a family! Responsibilities
- Utilizes the ANA scope of practice and nursing process framework to provide professional nursing care incorporating patient‑family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
- Provides quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader according to Corewell Health policies and procedures, recognizing the impact of nursing care and patient/family partnerships on patient outcomes.
- Partners with and utilizes patient/family input and goals in planning the plan of care; develops teaching strategies for patient/family and documents education and learning appropriately in the
