Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document care activities accurately.Patient Advocacy: Address patient and family concerns, provide health education, and promote a positive care experience.Performance Improvement & Growth: Contribute to quality initiatives, maintain professional certifications, pursue ongoing education, and support organizational goals.Leadership & Professionalism: Mentor colleagues, uphold standards of safety and confidentiality, and foster a supportive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Required certifications include BLS and RN licensure (single or multi-state). Adequate skills include patient assessment, care coordination, communication, and teamwork.
