RN - Med Surg Float Pool

About the role

We are currently hiring an RN for our Med/Surg Float Pool at St Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, Minnesota. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varied assignments across different units.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Delegate tasks to other nursing personnel based on their qualifications and job descriptions
• Contribute to the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health, serving the community
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and other regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current nursing license in Minnesota
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month of hire

Pay

The pay range for this position is $47.03 - $70.87 per hour.

Schedule

This position works 0.7 FTE on an 8-hour shift with a Day/Night rotation, every other weekend.
