Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
• Required to float to an equal or lesser acuity if requested; may be requested to float to a lockdown unit.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Med Surg RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA (in hand).
• Current MI RN licensure.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Qualifications

• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Preferred

• Base telemetry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).

Pay

Local Pay Range:
Weekly: $1,800.00 to $1,980.00
Hourly: $50.00 to $55.00

Travel Pay Range (Blended):
Weekly: $1,953.50 to $2,097.00
Hourly: $54.26 to $58.26

Schedule

Shift: 7PM-7AM
