RN MDS Coordinator/Charge Nurse

• Plans, organizes, and is responsible for the MDS/RAI process
• Works every fourth weekend and holiday as a Charge Nurse

Requirements

• Current RN license with MN State Board of Nursing
• Previous experience in long-term care with a working knowledge of the RAI process

Pay

$35.00 hourly

Retention Bonus: $1,000.00 (part-time)
