What You Will Do
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
- Absorb responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
What You Will Need
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
- Education: BSN degree preferred.
- Certification: BLS, PALS and NRP certification through AHA required.
- Experience: 2-years current hospital nursing experience required in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Pediatrics, NICU, or PICU.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of two years of recent inpatient experience for per diem/part time/fulltime roles in our women’s and children’s service line. Opportunities exist in the following specialties: Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Pediatrics, NICU, PICU.
Pay
The hourly pay range is $36.00 - $55.80, determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience.
Schedule
Shifts available include Day Shift, PM (Evening) Shift, and Night Shift. Per Diem Commitment Levels (per 6-week Schedule) are Level 1: 32–72 hours, Level 2: 73–110 hours, Level 3: 111–144 hours. Please note that shift availability may vary by location.
