RN Manager - Surgical Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a clinical area, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care aligned with current standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on planning and initiatives, promote research and evidence‑based practices, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate clinical care.
• Support staff development.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• National certification in specialty area within one year.
• Minimum five years of recent nursing experience.
• At least two years in clinical leadership.
