Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and evaluate clinical staff
• Set and achieve goals for safety, quality, and compliance
• Monitor care outcomes through audits and data analysis
• Conduct rounds with healthcare teams
• Cookp patient care plans
• Manage staffing needs and schedules
• Facilitate patient throughput and discharge processes
• Ensure safety and operational standards are maintained

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
• RN licensure
• Minimum of five years' clinical experience (preferred)
• At least one year of leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, decision-making, and supervisory skills are essential

Certifications

• Required: BLS certification
• PREFERRED: CPR and specialty/nursing administration credentials
