RN Manager Med Surg
Job Summary
The Manager oversees the daily operations of the unit. They work collaboratively with the Director in guiding the department’s growth, patient satisfaction, physician’s relations, and fiscal responsibility. The Manager supervises and directs the delivery of patient care and care-related services for the Medical Surgical unit in accordance with administrative policies, hospital vision, mission, and strategies. They work collaboratively with staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years Of Relevant Experience – Required
- 2 year Associate Degree - Required
- 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
- State of NH Registered Nurse or valid compact state RN License - Required
