RN Manager CVICU

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals in delivering compassionate, respectful critical care in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or active compact license, in accordance with laws and regulations
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) certification
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (ALS or ACLS) certification
• National Certification in a relevant specialty within 12 months of hire
• 3+ years of experience in acute, critical care nursing
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 2 years of hire (preferred at time of hire or enrollment within six months)
