RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Kyle, TX and surrounding areas. About the role
Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. Pay range: $26–$40/hr.
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
Full-time and part-time shifts available (days, nights, and weekends). 8/10/12/16 hour shifts offered.
Requirements
- Active RN or LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
