Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Administer medications & treatments
- Assess patient condition
- Educate families and caregivers
- Follow plan of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TX)
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric home health experience preferred
- Trach and/or ventilator experience preferred
- New Grads Welcome!
Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
- Flexible scheduling based on availability
- 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
