Schedule

Part‑Time, 6 PM – 6 AM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LVN or RN program in the state of practice, or holds a multi‑state license.
• Prefer two years of experience in long‑term care, but new graduates will be considered.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident and members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication or any change in patient condition.
• Monitors assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and tasks are performed.
• Follows all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
