Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of RN/LVN/LPN licensure
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes; document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations
• Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition in accordance with nursing practices
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patients

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid RN/LVN/LPN license (Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse)
