Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and as prescribed by the attending physician
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s clinical policies & procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations
• Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, following nursing practices
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders
• Evaluate and implement a patient’s care plan
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff
• Ensure patient care management systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
