About the role

Ashford Gardens is currently hiring for Monday–Friday 2 pm–10 pm RN/LVN Charge Nurse. We are building our RN/LVN/LPN “Dream Team” with a positive culture and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of RN/LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes; document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines.
• Perform EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance with nursing practices.
• Ensure implementation of care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in assigning duties and supervise CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being of patients.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN/LVN/LPN license.
