RN LTAC Registered Nurse Traveler

About the role

Facility Type: Long Term Acute Care. Position: LTAC RN - NIGHTS - 3x12s in Willingboro, NJ at Select Specialty Hospital. Weekly pay: $2,224. Work with a single recruiter from start to finish, local and non‑local positions available, competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend (if applicable), no mid‑contract pay cuts, referral bonus up to $1,000 per referral, license reimbursement when traveling to a new state requiring a new license, and the ability to choose assignments at partner facilities across various health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels.
• Provides direct care and delegates/supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, utilizes professional skills, fulfills role responsibilities, and develops clinical expertise per specialty.
• Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Registered Nurse (may vary by client/setting).
• Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred.
• ICU, Med Surg and Telemetry experience strongly preferred.
• Current, valid, active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current, valid, active driver’s license.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

• Current, valid, active RN license in the state of employment (required).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred; required by some clients).
• Additional certifications may be required by some clients.
• Vibra follows federal and state vaccination, vaccination offerings, and disease screening requirements; some states/locations may have different requirements.
