Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents on your unit
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff
• Monitor residents’ health, address concerns, and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation and oversee quality assurance

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best nursing practices
