About the role

Full-time RN / LPN working overnight shifts in a healthcare setting, providing 1:1 patient care with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent, reliable care to patients
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families
• Maintaining a lower-stress environment compared to facility settings
• Working scheduled overnight shifts (e.g., Fri–Sun, 8 p.m.–8 a.m.)

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Passion for patient-centered care and strong communication skills
